To accomplish the mission and goals that we have set for yourselves, for our clients, and for the community, Collective Responsibility looks to employ and incubate those who have a passion for an issues and the ability to manage the development of long term programs.
It is a process that will begin with an incubation period where one learns everything about an issue, and then over time will become a team leader managing their own platform.
